The Mailpiece Quality Control (MQC) Program was developed by the United States Postal Service (USPS) to assist mailing services in increasing their knowledge of proper mailpiece design. Certified mailers are trained to design mailpieces that meet 100 percent automation compatibility. PIN Presort was certified as a MQC organization in 2006, and will continue to deliver the best mailing solutions to you by significantly reducing postage costs and improving delivery rates.

The United States Postal Service (USPS) certified PIN Presort as a MLOCR (Multi-Line Optical Character Recognition) Service Bureau to barcode and sort mailpieces in compliance with the USPS technical requirements. PIN Presort installed SABRE Plus, a state-of-the-art MLOCR system, to increase mail automation rates and to even read hand-written addresses. This new service not only saves the customer's money to the maximum, but also eliminates the customer's extra effort to process non-automatable mail.
